Slipstream

Nostalgic racing game which feels like it was released in the late 80s and early 90s. Soundtrack, graphics and the driving mechanics only increase this feeling. 

Welcome to Slipstream !

Specially created for the kickstarter campaign, this demo has the only one "Arcade" mode, where you race against the time. At the beginning of the race, the game gives only 90 seconds to get to the next stage. If you reach the next stage in time, you will be given 60 seconds more. Your goal is to beat all three stages.

Conquerors

Everything was fine on your larva homeland until strange creatures in suits and with guns landed on your planet. Compared to their advance weaponry, you have almost nothing to defend yourself from conquerors. The only thing a proud larva can do is to take over invader's body and kill his brethren with their own guns.

Conquerors is a top-down shooter, where you control a small larva, which tries to defend his own planet from human invaders. As larva you really can't do much. One shot from an enemy blaster and you will start over from the beginning of the level, pretty much like in Hotline Miami. The only solution is to take over soldier's body and kill enemies with his gun.

Parade Route

Parade Route is a small game, which plays like the old Pipe Mania game. You create roads by clicking on tiles and help the parade survive for as long as possible. There is really not much to say about the game, since it is very small and simplistic, but still it can give a few minutes of pure fun.

Zunus

A simplistic space-trading game, where you control a mighty... triangle, which represents a space ship. The control scheme is also basic and shares similarities with the another Ludum Dare game Slash Quest. You press the left arrow and ship turns left. The right button turns the ship right. Hold both Left and Right arrows to move forward.

The rules of the game are quite simple. You must buy goods from a one space station and sell them in an another. And while you do this, you must avoid meteors and enemy spaceships, which will try to catch you.

Legends of Callasia

Legends of Callasia is turned based strategy game which heavily inspired by games such as Risk and Heroes of Might and Magic. You have a hero who travels through the map, recruits armies, conquer neighboring provinces and fights with an enemy faction. Your goal is to conquer an enemy's main province or just gain enough victory points. 

Although this is just a demo made for the kickstarter campgaign, it still has plenty of content. The demo has a standard for strategy games skirmish mode in which you can play with three unique factions on five different maps. Also you can play few multiplayer matches with your buddies or just with random players from around the world.

NB ! Make sure you extract the game from the archive, instead of trying to play the game from the archive itself, because the game for some reason will always ask you to create an account, which is impossible to do.

Slash Quest

An another great free game from the Ludum Dare competition. You play as a little knight who has a very strange sword. If you kill enemies with it, it becomes lager, but if you hit rocks, it will shrink a little bit. 

The control scheme maybe easy: just Hold "A" to swing a sword clockwise, "D" to swing anticlockwise and hold both "A" and "D" to move in the direction the sword is pointing. But the game has many enemy variation and map layouts, which become more difficult after you move to the next area.

Igor The Necromancer

You take the role as sorcerer Igor, who lost his wife Olga because of an incurable disease. In desperation, Igor began studying a necromancy to revive Olga and now he is looking for the "Tome of Rebirth", which has ability to resurrect the dead.

A mini 2d platformer/puzzle game where you control three different characters. Each one has unique powers and abilities to help Igor advance through many dangerous obstacles.
